A - The most important difference is that we don't collect commissions or finders' fees from the venues & vendors we refer you to. As a result, they don't need to mark up the prices they quote you to cover the cost of commissions they usually have to pay these services.

A - To help us find sites and services that best match the specs of your program, you should provide us with the preferred location and date of the event, number of guests, and type of site and/or services needed. It is also important to let us know what sites or services you've already contacted so we don't duplicate your efforts.

A - Go to the navigation bar on the left and then click on " E-Search Dept ". Here you will learn how we go about searching for sites and services. From this page, you'll be directed to a referral request form that can be submitted to us online at the click of a button.

Q - What information do you provide us with?

A - After we receive your referral form, we put together a list of resources that best match the needs of your program. This list includes the name, address and phone numbers of each site & service. We also provide you with the name of a main contact, along with hotlinks to e-mail and web addresses.

Q - What charities do you make donations to?

A - We donate to a variety of charitable organizations. The common thread to all of the charities on our list is they help improve the life of someone else in need. This list includes groups that shelter the homeless, help stop hunger, fight disease, provide disaster relief, etc.
